Below I'll outline the services I provide as your exclusive buyer agent:
- Help you get pre-approved for a mortgage.
- Provide you with currently listed properties that fit the criteria you're looking for.
- Negotiate with the other party on your behalf to get the best possible terms for you.
- Order and oversee the inspections you request for your new home.
- Negotiate repairs and help you verify that they have been completed prior to closing.
- Help you select a closing attorney and work with them and your lender to make sure everything is on schedule to close by the specified date.
- Attend closing where you will receive the keys to your new home!
- Accompany you on a pre-closing inspection of the property to make sure everything is in order.
- Stay in contact with you on a regular basis after closing to answer any questions that may arise as you make the transition into your home.
